History

The law firm was founded in November 2001 in the city of Quito; today, Global Advice (GA) is the result of a legal trajectory that has successfully adapted to the demands of the 21st century. Our firm originated as Ayala - Eguiguren Abogados (A&E Abogados), established by two visionaries, partners, and friends, Byron Ayala Montaño and Ramón Eguiguren Riofrío, with the purpose of offering traditional legal services with a personalized approach.

Over the years, and with the addition of Pedro Arturo Herrera (†), the firm evolved to meet the growing demands of the legal environment, transforming into Ayala, Arturo & Eguiguren Abogados (AA&E). This phase marked a milestone in our history, reflecting our commitment to innovation and legal excellence.

Recognizing the need for a more dynamic and global approach in an increasingly complex legal context, the creation of Global Advice Cía. Ltda. took place. This change represented not only a new identity but also an expansion in our scope of action with the incorporation of Byron Ayala Custode, to become a boutique firm of reference, capable of offering sophisticated and global legal solutions.

In September 2024, with the vision and inclusion of Juan Martín Ayala Arturo, our firm underwent a comprehensive restructuring, both internally and externally, under the abbreviation (GA). This change positions us as the go-to firm for the most complex legal matters in Ecuador and worldwide, aware that power today lies in the integration of advanced technology, artificial intelligence, and a globalized, futuristic vision.
