Juan Martín is an Associate at Global Advice, based in Ecuador, with a focus on understanding business dynamics. He graduated with honors from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador).

He obtained a sub-specialization in Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods (ADR) from the same university. He has participated in moot courts on international arbitration and commercial mediation. He has also served as a teaching assistant for Arbitration Processes and has worked as an international intern in Mexico. He is a team player, pragmatic, and passionate about the pursuit of excellence.

Since August 2024, Juan Martín has been a member of the International Bar Association. Starting in March 2025, he will be a candidate for a Master’s degree in AI and LegalTech at the University of Salamanca (Spain).

Currently, he is an associate in the areas of Arbitration, Artificial Intelligence, and Personal Data Protection at GA.
